Workbook 4 is titled "The Energy Body" and it's all about body energies. Although I have experienced some energy work before, this felt particularly powerful and I don't think I have experienced it at this level before. I discovered that I can move the energy up my spine and push it down my front completely independently from my breathing. Then I discovered that I can move my energy around as I wish, backwards and forwards, between my anus and along my penis. This seemed to have the effect of increasing the size and hardness of my penis. I'm starting to feel in control.

Inhibited Ejaculation, March 2022

In Workbook 6 when instructed to breath into my 'c...k' I found it difficult to know at first what that meant; what the sensation would feel like. Despite this uncertainty, the experience produced sensations in my penis that were on the verge of orgasmic. When breathing deeply, this sometimes gave way to the beginnings of uncontrollable sensations making me feel as though I was on the verge of something. I was please to be closer to orgasm with much less stimulation, and the overall experience was more natural than ever.

...While I was shaving I felt my 'c...k' hardened under my pyjamas shorts... I took off my clothes. My 'c...k' was straight and pointed up proudly.

I have been doing the exercises in Workbooks 1,2 and 3 most days. I have had some difficulty rotating the pelvis, particularly when I try to combine it with other things such as caressing the penis. It is obviously very important, however, because to the extent that I do manage to rotate the pelvis, it has a significant effect on arousal.
